JUST ONE!

Filed under: Uncategorized — kyle @ 1:51 pm

· Harvard University and National Cancer Research Journals now confirm that ONE Aspirin or Tylenol each day will cause up to an 80% increased risk of Cancer and Heart Disease.

· Take ONE 50 mg. pill of Vioxx for 5 days? A study undertaken two years ago showed that this increases the chances of getting coronary artery disease by 70%. Lancet Oct 5, 2002

· A University of Washington study found that if you filled 25 or more prescriptions for antibiotics over 17 years, you double your risk of cancer (TIME, Dec. 6, 2004)  This equates into taking less than ONE antibiotic each year, an activity in which almost every American participates.

· Infants exposed to ONE single round of antibiotics during their first years of life are twice as likely to develop asthma as those who don’t. The more courses of antibiotics, the worse the immunity and the greater the risk of asthma. (Newsday, March 6, 2006)

· Take ONE Benadryl for your allergies, and here are your possible side-effects: Difficulty breathing, closing of your throat, swelling of your lips, tongue, or face, hives, sleepiness, fatigue, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate and a dramatic reduction in energy.

· Take ONE Aspirin per day? Daily Aspirin intake shows a significantly increased risk of pancreatic cancer among women. This cancer is fatal 90% of the time. Source: American Association for Cancer Research, October 27, 2003

· Take just ONE Crestor pill/day to lower your cholesterol? This drug has been shown to cause 75 times the level of kidney damage than other statin drugs. Public Citizen Oct 29, 2004

· ONE vaccination can leave your child with brain damage or worse a form of Autism: Children are 27 times more likely to develop autism when exposed to vaccines containing mercury: Lori McIlwain, National Autism Association, (919) 272-8192/ Studies suggest that there is a link between neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism, and mercury exposure from thimerosal-containing childhood vaccines. Centers for Disease Control, Jan. 16, 2004.

· Taking just ONE pain killer can cause death. There are over 16,500 deaths from NSAIDS (Pain Killers) each year in the hospitals alone. JAMA July 26, 2000 Vol. 284. Just as many die from AIDS each year!

· Thinking of taking a cough suppressant or giving to your child just ONE time: cough suppressant is linked to Birth Defects: Dextromethorphan, the major ingredient in most OTC cough medicines, has been shown to cause birth defects.  Source: Pediatric Research January 1998:43:1-7

· Taking cold medications like Robitussin, Triaminic, PediaCare, Comtrex, etc. just ONE time can cause stroke, brain bleeding, and seizures. This year the F.D.A. completely banned these cold medications for adults and children, especially under the age of 6.

· L. A. Times states: Antibiotics aren’t the answer to treating Sinus infections: “The widespread use of standard antibiotics to treat sinus infections does not help cure patients and taking just ONE round may harm them by increasing their resistance to the drugs.

Below is more truth is it applies to some of the most commonly ingested pharmaceuticals in the world

1. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) use is the number-one reason for acute liver failure in the United States . It is also responsible for 8 percent to 10 percent of the end-stage renal disease in the U.S. The New England Journal of Medicine December 20, 2001; 345:1801-1808. Hepatology Volume 40, Issue 1, Pages 6 – 9. Published Online: 30 Jun 2004, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.

2. In 2004, the American Academy of Pediatricians reversed its guidelines, pointing out that in more than 80 percent of the children with ear infections, symptoms would subside on their own, without the need for antibiotics.

3. DO not take antibiotics or any of the above drugs without the facts!

4.  The flu shot and childhood vaccines can be deadly. We have been told to get flu shots that contains mercury, formaldehyde, aluminum and many other dangerous chemicals!  Now according to the Vaccine Journal, they said, “flu vaccines offer no protection and have never saved any lives.” *Mercury!!! 2nd most dangerous substance on earth.  Destroys the nervous system and immune system.  Associated with Multiple Sclerosis, Central Nervous System Disorders, Autism and Alzheimer’s Disease!*Ethylene glycol (antifreeze) Exposure to ethylene glycol can damage the kidneys, heart, and nervous system.*Phenol (disinfectant) Exposure to phenol can produce skin burns, liver damage, dark urine, irregular heartbeat, and even death.*Formaldehyde (known cancer causing agent) *Neomycin and Streptomycin (antibiotics) *Aluminum associated with Alzheimer’s disease and seizures and also cancer producing in laboratory mice. Is this something you want to inject directly into your blood or your children’s?

5. The flu vaccine is manufactured to fight the flu from 2 years previous, so it is IMPOSSIBLE for this year’s flu vaccine to protect you against this year’s exact strain of circulating flu virus!

6.  According to Hugh Fudenburg, MD, one of the world’s premier immunogeneticists, the chance of getting Alzheimer’s is ten times higher if an individual has had 5 consecutive flu shots(this is due to the Mercury).  Dr. Fudenburg is the 13th most quoted biologist in the world today.

7.  A British Medical Journal shows the medical profession to only be about 4% scientific. http://www.vet-task-forcecom/CtiM.htm

“Our drugs don’t work.” Dr. Allen Roses, worldwide vice-president of Genetics at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Britain’s giant pharmaceutical company, acknowledged at a scientific meeting in London that fewer than half of the patients prescribed some of the most expensive drugs actually derived any benefit from them.

How many more medical lies have to be perpetuated before we stand up for the truth? How many more Americans need to be poisoned with antibiotics and other cancer causing pharmaceuticals? How many more children’s lives need to be destroyed before we take a stand? Please help save a life by passing this information on…

IF ANTIDEPRESSANTS ARE SO DANGEROUS, HOW DO THEY GET PAST THE FDA?

Filed under: Uncategorized — kyle @ 1:48 pm

Many believe there is an arduous process of getting FDA (Federal Drug Administration) approval. Therefore, they cannot understand how the drugs get approval if they are so dangerous.

The Freedom of Information Act allowed a recent research group to obtain all the studies used by the FDA to approve seven new antidepressants between 1987 and 1997, including Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Effexor, Serzone, and Wellbutrin. Nine out of ten studies showed that the drugs were no more effective than placebos. In addition, Prozac has had more adverse side effects submitted to the FDA than any other drug in history.

So how do these drugs get approved? In 1989, Dr. Barry Garfinkel was found guilty on two counts of mail fraud and three counts of filing false statements and spent one year in a halfway house and under house arrest. His fines totaled $210,000. While doing research on antidepressants he instructed lab technicians to invent data on patient visits that had never taken place. In other words, he created patients who took the drugs with no adverse events when in reality these patients did not exist.

In another case, two professors from the Medical College of Georgia were also convicted and each was ordered to $125,000 in fines and serve 5-15 years in prison. These two professors were connected with clinical testing of psychiatric drugs with twenty different companies for more than a decade including Eli Lilly and Pfizer.

The list in these types of cases goes on and on, but by the time the cases go to court the drugs have already been approved and nothing is done to review new evidence. After looking at all the studies done the research group concluded that based on all the published and unpublished data, out of every 1,000 people with depression that were treated with one on the new antidepressants, 4.6 (460 times) more committed suicide each year than would have if they had not received any treatment at all. Something even more alarming is that seriously depressed patients and anyone suicidal were excluded from the studies. Only people with mild to moderate depression were tested at all, yet these drugs are given like candy to children and adults alike.

What Are the Five Essentials?

Filed under: Uncategorized — kyle @ 4:58 pm

After years of research, study, and treating people of all ages, shapes, and sizes, the Five Essentials we have have discovered that people must practice in order to achieve long, satisfying, healthy Maximized Lives are the following:

ESSENTIAL 1: Minimize the use of drugs, other toxins, and surgery. ESSENTIAL 2: Maximize nerve supply. ESSENTIAL 3: Maximize quality nutrition.

ESSENTIAL 4: Maximize oxygen and lean muscle.

ESSENTIAL 5: Maximize peace and strong relationships.

There is only one way to well-being. It is not treatment, it is care. Taking care of yourself and getting doctors to help you with this care by removing components of your lifestyle that are out of alignment with how the body works and eliminating that which goes in your body that interfere are the natural consequences of the Five Essentials.

For example, take the enormous eruption in Depression, and the backlash created by its treatment using anti-depressants drugs. The truth is that condition, along with most others, are a complex problem brought on by issues with body function and lifestyle. Quick fixes like toxic, mind-altering drugs are not the best answer.

Depression and anxiety has been found to be associated with multiple causes - not just one. To get well, address the causes - not just the symptoms. While there are rare cases when there are actual organic issues with the brain, the large majority, as well as those suffers from the effects of modern lifestyle on the brain and emotions.

These damaging effects and their resolution are solved through the Five Essentials:

Essential 1: Toxicity effects hormone balance and glandular function.

Essential 2: Spinal health and function - Correcting vertebral alignment and posture has a marked effect on the Central Nervous System and how well it functions and produces well balanced body chemistry.

Essential 3: Nutrition

a. Diet high in carbohydrates leave a constant level of insulin in the system which lowers serotonin levels and causes inflammation.b. Omega 3 and Omega 6 ratios which Oxford and Harvard have found to be the first factor to address regarding depression. c. Ph balance leading to inflammation. d. Stimulants, sugars, and artificial additives effect on brain function.

e. Nutrient deficiency solved by food and supplementation. Essential 4: Movement - A sedentary lifestyle has many damaging effects to function and mental health. That is why exercise consistently matches or exceeds the benefits of anti-depressants.Essential 5: Sleep, Time, and Stress. Identifying and resolving the effects of inadequate sleep, abundant stress, and negative attitude to slow down the neurotransmitter burnout these issues cause. We can walk through the major issue of high cholesterol the same way. Rather than utilizing dangerous, controversial Statins, there are other solutions to look at:

Essential 1: Avoid modern nutrition - flour, sugar, fried foods.

Essential 2: Improve liver and bowel function.

Essential 3: Embrace proper nutrition. A diet robust in soluble fiber and improve liver and bowel function.

Essential 4: Fat to muscle ratios.

Essential 5: Stress levels create an inflammatory response requiring an increase in cholesterol levels to protect, heal, and repair nerve tissue.

We can go through pain syndromes, cancer, heart disease, degenerative illness and address all of them through Maximized Living. A way of living that is best prescribed long before the conditions arise in the first place and must be applied that much more so once the symptoms do show up.Here’s a good example of what happens when the Five Essentials are not put into practice:Joan Smith is a 38-year-old secretary for a medium-sized law firm. She is married with two kids at home, ages 9 and 11. Joan wakes up at 6:30, gets the kids going, and heads out of the house by 7:30 to get the kids to school and get to work by 8:00. She typically grabs breakfast on the run, a coffee with artificial sweetener and bagel with cream cheese, eats lunch at her desk or out with colleagues, and rushes out of the office at 4:30 to pick the kids up from after-school care and get home each night to fix dinner for her family. A typical dinner might consist of roasted chicken; some kind of frozen green vegetable or salad from a bag; rice or stuffing from a box; and a dessert of ice cream or prepackaged cookies.

Joan works forty hours a week, volunteers at her son’s school, goes to church on Sunday mornings and helps her kids with their homework after dinner each weeknight, in between loads of laundry. She connects with her husband John for conversation or television watching after 9:30 PM when the kids go to bed and before John’s head hits the pillow around 11:00 PM. Then she folds the last load of laundry or straightens up the kitchen, reads a few pages of a novel, and goes to sleep around midnight.

On the weekends, the family tries to do something together on Friday nights; heads to the kids’ sports activities on Saturdays and on Saturday night visits with friends, or John and Joan try to have a “date night.” Sundays are taken up by church, lunch, homework and getting groceries or other needed supplies before the work and school week starts again.

Joan often feels tired, stressed, and overwhelmed. Her back hurts from leaning over her desk to see the computer, and her neck hurts from leaning her head to the side to hold the phone between her ear and shoulder so she can type while she talks. She has not been to a doctor in years, pops an aspirin or ibuprofen when her headaches and backaches get too intense and an antacid when her stomach acts up. Her relationship with John is often tense, and she never feels like she is giving enough to her husband or kids, let alone finding any time for her. She would love to exercise more and knows she isn’t always eating right, but doesn’t know how or when to fit it all in. After years of this lifestyle, Joan finds herself experiencing depression and eventually feels like she is having a breakdown. She finally sees a doctor who prescribes anti-anxiety drugs and anti-depressants.

If you asked Joan if she was living a Maximized Life, she would probably laugh in your face or break down and cry.

***

Joan Smith is most likely just like you - sprinting through life, skipping essentials of well-being, and ignoring the symptoms of degeneration as they pop up - eventually using drugs to get through your day. If you are saying that is not you, it most likely eventually will be. Most of us are a part of DA, or De-generators Anonymous, living lives that cause us to deteriorate physically and mentally until there is nothing left.

It’s time to regenerate through Maximized Living!

The affect of antidepressants

Filed under: Uncategorized — kyle @ 8:46 am

February 18, 2008

The above quote is from the girlfriend of the man who performed the NIU shootings on February 14, 2008. This man was withdrawing from SSRI / Antidepressant medication. He stopped the drugs roughly 3 weeks prior to the shootings. Who he was then completely changed in a matter of days. He transformed into a monster. Kinda’ scary huh? Especially knowing there are millions on these medications. And stopping them has been reported to be more difficult than a cocaine addict stopping their drug of choice. Some say she was just naive. Not me, I believe her. Why you ask? It’s simple; I know what these drugs do to the human brain. They change it - forever. They make you someone you are not. They mess with the chemistry God gave you. My ‘opponents’ would say, “He needed the drugs.” I say hogwash. I believe it was THE DRUGS that caused him to do this. What’s more sad is that he was given the drugs in the first place. According to his girlfriend, he was always a ‘worrier.’ A ‘worrier’ is neither suicidal nor homicidal, they just worry a lot. Put a ‘worrier’ on a drug that changes the brain and in this case you get a HOMOCIDAL AND SUICIDAL MANIAC. How many more times must this happen? Psychiatry and Pharma are and will continue to spin this as a NEED FOR MORE DRUGS. Below and continuing on the next page is an abbreviated list of the over 2100 documented SSRI / Antidepressant medication reactions and results through history from www.ssristories.com. I only put about 96 of these cases below, beginning just last December, 2007:

Nauseous yet? You should be, I am every time I read this. Here’s your new dilemma: You now have been burdened with a truth that money, politicians, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies will LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, AND KILL to keep quiet. I believe this whole-heartedly.

I recently said to one of our patients who is a Vancouver Police Office, “I hope a shooting like that never happens here.” He looked at me and said: “It is not a matter of IF but a matter of WHEN!!!” What would you do? Every where I go I can see people desperate for help. Desperate for another way. Could you image if a tragic scene unfolded right before your eyes with your family present. That would be the worst thing to ever witness and be exposed to. You see this tragic reality almost happening weekly. It will not improve until we take a stand. Sad huh?

So back to the 90+ people above…were they troubled? Yes. Did they have ‘issues’? Most likely. But are mind altering drugs the answer? I don’t think so. Especially when there are OTHER ANSWERS! The 5 essentials to Maximized Living are a safer, saner choice with better results at creating health and balance. Here they are:

Minimize drugs and toxicity

Maximize nerve supply through Chiropractic care

Maximize nutrients

Maximize oxygen and lean muscle

Maximize peace and strong relationships

The above 5 essentials in my opinion when lived, are the key to saving our destructive culture. Our culture needs what you know. Will you say something? They are on their knees praying at night for a different answer. You have that answer. Say something, please. So I can walk through this town with no fear; and you too. On this Wednesday, February 20th I have reserved the clinic solely for your friends, family, loved ones and STRANGERS that you say something to this week to come and get checked in our office. We have room for about 20 people, I’ll figure out how to get them checked. I’ll skip lunch, I won’t sleep, something. But WE HAVE TO DO THIS TOGETHER. God bless – Dr. Troy

For those who missed the Heart Disease talk this past Saturday. We have over 80 people here learning about preventing and reversing heart disease. DVD available at the front desk. Start you Maximized Living Program today. Run/Walk Club start march 8th 6:45am…. My personal marathon coach (Stu Middleman and wife) will be here from 10-11am March 8th putting a Special Program. Reserve a seat today.

Heart Medications are a lie.

Filed under: Uncategorized — kyle @ 2:31 pm

National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) outline all the evidence, published in clinical trials (for anyone who cared to look). Statins may lower cholesterol in people at risk of a heart attack like women and older people, but there was NO EVIDENCE that the drugs actually SAVED LIVES. In fact, there are SERIOUS RISKS associated with taking these medications. If you know anyone taking them, let them know there is a BETTER way and the medical way will lead to early death. Speak up. Look at the data:

Article in Business Week January 28th, 2008: Do Cholesterol Drugs Do any Good?Statin Drugs: NO BENEFIT in people over 65(no matter how much their cholesterol lowers from the drug)(no matter how much their cholesterol lowers from the drug)NO BENEFIT in women whatsoever
NO reduction in total deaths in anybody….HELLO….. NO BENEFIT!!!

Dr Jerome R. Hoffman, professor of clinical medicine at UCLA says at the end of the article, “The way our health-care system runs, it is not based on data, it is based on what makes money.” $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ it is for the $$$$$$$. YOU, your friends, family, co-workers, church members and everyone else is being Lied to by companies that sell toxic and deadly (legal/FDA approved) Chemical concoctions we call MEDICATION. Why ask your doctor if a drug is right for you when there is no data to back up what they do. There is just PROFIT. People over Profit. YOUR family’s lives and health over profit. It will get worst unless you speak up.

We need your help in reaching people to save them from the lies and non-truths. We are putting together the most cutting edge program to help people get off these dangerous drugs, teach them how to heal naturally, regain there life and live to their fullest potential.

There is no time to waste. It is an urgent issue. Every 30 seconds someone dies because they live in the medical model of sickness and disease. We can save lives. You have a moral and ethical obligation to tell people the TRUTH.

We are having our Healthy Heart Talk on Saturday, February 16th from 10am to 11am. You need to pack the house. Bring 4 to 5 people with you to hear the message. Their life depends on it. See front desk for your reservation. February is Healthy Heart Month. We will be teaching how to prevent and reverse the damaging effects of heart disease. Do not miss this. It will change your life.

How do you get them to start??? NOW!!!

I was recently reviewing a new patient’s findings with their spouse. She has been a great patient for about 3 years now. She does all the prescribed home care, never misses an adjustment, attends all the monthly advanced classes, exercises daily, studies and applies healthy nutritional concepts. In my mind, the perfect patient and an example of health, wellness and vitality, the way we were created to be by God.

The spouse on the other hand thinks it is all a waste of time and energy. The wife finally got him into the office after 3 years of trying. He had MRIs, scans, medical tests, and (of course) all the properly prescribed drugs. He showed up in my office to please his wife.

We were looking at his low back x-rays and you can see a 21 degree shift or scoliosis on the film. By the way, that is a severe shift. There was massive decay and damage that had been there for years. Not 5 or 10 years but 20-30 years.  This spine had been abused, trashed and traumatized for the last 30 years with no routine maintenance or preventative check-ups.

Now he is faced with a very tough decision. What to do? You could see on the x-rays, on the side of nerve compression: swelling, distention, gas and edema in the intestines. Four time the size of the normal side. You could see it as plain as DAY!!! I told the patient that we could help him and asked, “Do you want to get this corrected?”

He just stared at the film. I asked again, “Do you want to get this corrected?” He finally replied, “I am not sure.” I told him, “ONE THING IS FOR SURE, if you do not start now, you will get diagnosed with something severe. I KNOW THAT FOR SURE.”

I showed the x-ray to one of our nurse patients. She saw the shift in the spine and the swelling in the organs and said, “That is going to turn into cancer if he does not fix it.” I replied, “I know.” How do you get them to start? It is all about starting!!!!

Listen it is all about LIFESTYLE. A healthy lifestyle includes regular chiropractic adjustments (weekly being the minimum) to maintain the function of your body, proper nutrients and proper body movements.

Sickness and disease is preventable, but not by traditional, conventional medical concepts. This week we are attending our first Maximized Living training of the year. 2008 will be great if you focus on your health. Get involved. Be here and participate fully. Tell your friends.

Are you signed up for the “Dinner with Doc” Tuesday, February 5th from 6:30-8pm at the Old Spaghetti Factory we are hosting dinner for you and a guest.
